Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
Exception for Workshops with a Fixed Date
Pursuant to § 18(1)(10) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), there is no right of withdrawal for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Since the workshops offered by atelier tonarella take place on a fixed date, there is no statutory right of withdrawal once the booking has been completed.
The cancellation conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions apply exclusively.
