Workshops & Courses

Do I need any experience to join a workshop?
Not at all! Our workshops are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced potters. The instructor will guide you through every step.
What should I wear?
Working with clay can get messy. We recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting dirty, or bring an apron.
How many people are in a session?
Our sessions are kept small — typically 2 to 6 participants — so everyone gets personal attention from the instructor.
Can I take my piece home on the day?
Clay pieces need to dry and be fired in the kiln, which takes 2–4 weeks. We will contact you when your piece is ready for pickup or delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 7 days before the session for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! Gift vouchers are available in any amount (minimum €10) and can be personalized. They can be used for workshops or products.
Can I book a private session or group event?
Absolutely. We offer private sessions for birthdays, team events, bachelorette parties, and more. Use our special appointment request form to get in touch.

Shop & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery within Austria typically takes 2–4 business days; international shipments may take 5–10 business days depending on the destination.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Austria is €4.90. For EU countries the flat rate is €9.90. Orders over €80 ship free within Austria. International rates are calculated at checkout.
How are the pieces packaged?
Every ceramic piece is individually wrapped in tissue paper and packed in sturdy cardboard with cushioning material to ensure it arrives safely. We aim to use as little plastic as possible.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us first at tonarella.ceramics@gmail.com to arrange the return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack every piece with great care, but accidents can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
